Our custom products are made to the specifications of the customer. Colors shown throughout our website may vary due to differences in monitors. Customers are responsible for proofreading and approving the final artwork before production can begin. Since the products is custom made specifically for the customer, apparel are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We will not accept products back that the customer ordered in the wrong size and/or color. We make these items according to the colors and sizes requested by the customer. Therefore, we will not be responsible for the customer’s mistake of not ordering the correct product/item.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days after your order has been delivered, if 15 days have passed since your order has been delivered, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer and will be deducted from refund if one is due.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange is for the same item only. send us an email to [email protected] and attach a photo of the item.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
